Generates a table of numbers from a string range definition

This function generates a list of numbers corresponding to the input string range. Ranges are defined by a serie of comma separated subranges, each subrange defines a single frame, a first and last frame, or a first, last and step. Examples:

rangetonumbers ("12") returns { 12 }

rangetonumbers ("12,15,16") returns { 12, 15, 16 }

rangetonumbers ("12,15:18") returns { 12, 15, 16, 17, 18 }

rangetonumbers ("12,15:22:3") returns { 12, 15, 18, 21 }

Please note that the last number of a stepped range might be discarded.
