Guerilla First render

Hi all,

Pleased to meet you all virtually. Thanks to the Guerilla team I have the oppurtunity to put my hands in this great renderer.
I post Here my first render using Guerilla. I have so much to learn about it to improve my skills.
The surfae shader is really cool indeed

I used k_thod's normal map mixer wich is very useful but I didn't find a way to increase the effect of the normal map without increasing the bump map effet. If you have any idea...

I'll post more images as I go deaper into GuerillaRender

Cheers

Mat

Re: Guerilla First render

Thank you guys !

I have so many questions to ask.
I'll work and try to find answers by myself before posting like a troll smile

The next step for me is to try to render an animation for a TV serie pilot.
Our render time need to be short enough but with GI if possible.
I don't really know which pipeline using for the moment (reyes/raytrace)

Re: Guerilla First render

You should definitely use Raytrace.
To optimise your render times you may bake your GI in a ptc (for static object only), see the bake indirect diffuse sample in help>sample>bake indirect diffuse.
Make sure to save the sample in local once you opened it.
