Hi !

Very nice model and renders smile

I'm curious to know what are your filters/sampling settings because the renders look very crispy.

It looks like the model is rigged, any chance for an animation ? smile

Cheers,

Cyril

I said to him, Is shading rate is at 1 and sampling at 3, so it's crispy indeed ^^

Re: first render: sea monster

uhuh that's right, I missed this point tongue shading rate and sampling are actually left by default

...but 3:30AM was too late for me to think about it big_smile

I may paint a new color texture in the upcoming days, and correct some features on the render (notably the shading rate)

You're right hulud, the model is rigged, and I've already made an animation for my demoreel (rendered in mental-awful rendertime-ray)
I will probably render a complete animated sequence, but I'll do it only if pitiwazou accept to loan me some of his computing power (gnarg gnarg gnarg)

Don't worry, a Reyes renderer is perhaps 10 times faster (with color bleeding, sss, ao, motion blur, dof) than MR.

Do you oversampling the image ?
