Maya curves export to Guerilla problem

After checking Guerilla hair module. Iam stuck while exporting hair guide curves to open in Guerilla.
Iam doing all as per docs.
1. Create sphere
2. Create guide curves according to design
3. export project to guerilla(default settings, but with current frame only option)

After Guerilla opens,
We see in viewport only sphere but curves not visible
How can we get the curves in Guerilla.

I tried as per docs by creating hair, exporting, and opening, trying to attach the hair procedural to scalp. But is not getting connected.

Re: Maya curves export to Guerilla problem

By default Guerilla doesn't export the Nurbs curves to not polluate the project with the rig stuff. To export them, select and tag them with the menu Guerilla -> Tag Selection -> Bake Geometry -> deform.

To have the hair procedural working, it is better to use a Maya hair with guides curves. The maya hair system will be exported with all the curves at once.

Once in Guerilla, create a Hair procedural, connect the Scalp (the Head mesh) and the Curves to the procedural, tweak the density you should see some fibers growing.
